Making Beauty Products More Accessible

Founded in 2019, by Jaida Day, Black Beauty Near You was created from the lack of hair and skin products Black students have on and near UC San Diego's campus. With this disparity, Day realized that having access to these products on campus is essential and more convenient.

Her first step towards making these resources closer and more accessible is to make a change first-hand. That is where Black Beauty Near You comes in. Black Beauty Near You is here to assist in bringing essential beauty products to the Black communities on college campuses and will always value the needs of customers.
